Drift's website now forwards to a page on Salesloft's site that says, "We've transitioned from Drift to 1mind." If you used Drift to talk with website visitors and capture leads, this page explains what changed, using Salesloft's and 1mind's own pages, and which kind of tool fits the work Drift did for you.
When we checked on October 17, 2026, drift.com forwarded to Salesloft's Drift page. That page is titled "AI Chat Agent for B2B Sales" (B2B means business to business) and says: "We've transitioned from Drift to 1mind." It describes 1mind as feeding buyer signals into Salesloft's own software.
On March 6, 2026, 1mind published an announcement headed "Clari + Salesloft names 1mind as exclusive AI successor to Drift".
Neither page gives a date when Drift stops working. If you still have a Drift account, your Salesloft account team is the right source for your own dates and options.
What to look for depends on what Drift did for you.

Alma suits the second case: a business that wants a chatbot on its own website to answer common questions, ask a few qualifying questions and pass each lead on. For meetings, Alma has its own booking calendar with a booking page the chatbot can link to, and the calendar can sync with Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar.
You start from one of 145 templates in 15 categories, edit the conversation in a drag-and-drop flow builder, and paste one embed code on your site (see the install guides). The chatbot asks questions with buttons and typed answers and tags each lead by what they said. When a visitor gives an email address or phone number, Alma saves the lead and emails it to the address you set for notifications. On the Growth plan ($79 a month) and up, Zapier can pass leads to other apps, and the Agency plan ($199 a month) adds webhooks and an API. Alma also has its own booking calendar, with a booking page you can link to from the chat or from your website.
AI answering is an optional add-on for $25 a month, with up to 500 AI answers a month. It replies to typed questions your flows do not cover, using text you provide, up to 50,000 characters (about 8,000 words). The Alma team sets it up and loads your text into the bot.
If your Drift setup depended on any of these, Alma will not cover it.
