About Alma
Alma is the website chatbot in the CNX Suite, made by Hunter Creative Media & Design. We run a marketing agency and built Alma because we wanted a tool like it for the small businesses and political clients we serve. It is designed around what a business owner or campaign manager needs from a chatbot.
Why this exists
We run a marketing agency. We needed a chatbot tool for our clients, and the available options kept falling short in the same ways.
The strongest options (ManyChat, Drift, Intercom) were priced for mid-sized companies and full of features designed for a fifty-person sales team. The less expensive options lacked templates, were hard to install, and did not send the lead anywhere useful. Most of them answered pricing questions with "talk to sales for pricing," which usually means a tool was not built for a salon owner or a campaign manager working on a Saturday afternoon.
So the team at Hunter Creative Media & Design built Alma. It comes with ready-made templates and starts at a published price of $29 a month. You add it to a website by pasting one short piece of code, called a snippet. It then sends each qualified lead (a visitor who answered your questions and left contact details) to the place you already work: your inbox, a CRM (customer records software), Zapier (a service that connects apps), or CampaignCNX+ for text message follow-up.
We designed Alma around the needs of the people who run small businesses and campaigns.
What Alma is, plainly
This section describes the whole product in four short parts.
/01 · BUILDER
You build the conversation on a visual canvas. A flow is the set of questions and steps the chatbot follows, and you assemble it by dragging in questions, branches that depend on each answer, and actions. Most owners build their first bot in under 30 minutes.
/02 · TEMPLATES
The templates cover real estate, healthcare, salons, restaurants, fitness, home services and political campaigns. Every template is available in the product today, and none is a placeholder. Each one gives you a ready-made starting point instead of a blank canvas.
/03 · WIDGET
The widget is the chat window that appears on your website. Paste one line of code on any site and the bot is live. It uses your colors, your bot name and your wording, and it works the same way on a phone as on a desktop.
/04 · SUITE
Alma is one of four products. It works on its own, which is how most accounts use it, and it also connects to Beacon, CampaignCNX+ and CoreCNX when you want the products to share contacts.
The CNX Suite
The suite is four separate products, each with a focused job. If you connect them, contacts pass between them through signed webhooks (secure automatic messages from one system to another). If you do not connect them, Alma still works fully on its own.
Website chatbot
Drag-and-drop chatbots for your website, with 145 templates. Alma collects leads, asks your qualifying questions, and sends each lead to your tools.
Texting
Text messages to a whole list, two-way replies and contact management. CampaignCNX+ sends the follow-up text after Alma collects a lead.
Door-to-door canvassing
Territories, walk lists, door knocks and a mobile canvasser app. Beacon supports the in-person work of campaigns and field sales teams.
CRM
One timeline for each contact, plus a sales pipeline, email and reports. CoreCNX connects the suite when you want one record per person.

Honest section
We do not display invented customer logos on a "trusted by" wall. We do not publish statistics such as "10,000+ leads captured" unless we can show you the data behind them. We do not run pricing experiments on visitors, and we do not have a press kit full of awards we paid to enter.
The team building Alma uses it every day on real client websites at Hunter Creative Media & Design. If a feature is not good enough for a real client's site, we do not add it to the product. That daily use is why the templates match what real businesses need, because the agency wrote them while running real campaigns.
This page does not list founder names, headcount, office locations, or a long mission statement about the future of conversation. We left them out because they are not the reason to pay $29 a month for a chatbot tool. The product is the reason, the price is published, and the trial is real.
