About Alma — the AI chatbot builder built by operators

Alma is the chatbot piece of the CNX Suite, made by Hunter Creative Media. It was shaped by the experience of running a marketing agency that wished a tool like this existed for the small businesses and political clients we serve every day. The product is what an operator wants — not what a pitch deck thinks they should want.

— Why this exists

Why we built Alma — the chatbot builder for small business

We run a marketing agency. We needed a chatbot tool for our clients and we kept hitting the same wall.

The good options were priced for mid-market — ManyChat, Drift, Intercom — and bloated with features designed for a fifty-person revenue team. The cheap options didn't have the templates, didn't deploy cleanly, didn't hand off the lead anywhere useful. Most of them ended a sales conversation with "talk to sales for pricing," which is the universal tell that this tool was not built for a salon owner or a campaign manager working a Saturday afternoon.

So the operators at Hunter Creative Media built Alma. The templates are already there. It starts at $29 a month with a published price. It deploys to a website with one snippet. It hands the qualified lead off to wherever you actually work — your inbox, a Google Sheet, a CRM, a Zapier hook, or to CampaignCNX+ for SMS follow-up. That's the whole story.

The product is shaped by what an operator wishes existed, not by what a startup-factory thinks should exist.

— What Alma is, plainly

What the Alma chatbot builder does, in four answers

About-page brevity beats brochure-page abstraction. Here's the whole product on one page.

/01 — BUILDER

Drag-and-drop flow builder. No code.

A visual canvas for the conversation. Drop question nodes, conditional branches, action nodes. The flow is what the chatbot actually says. Most owners build their first bot in under 30 minutes.

/02 — TEMPLATES

161 industry templates across 17 categories.

Real estate, healthcare, salons, restaurants, fitness, home services, political. Every template is actually shipped — not a roadmap, not a placeholder. Pre-built starting points instead of a blank canvas.

/03 — CHANNELS

Website chatbot widget — live today

One snippet, drop it on any site, the bot is live. Facebook Messenger in development and Instagram DMs in development are pending Meta approval. We won't list a channel until it ships.

/04 — SUITE

Part of the CNX Suite.

Alma is one of four products. It works standalone — most accounts run it that way — and it also wires into Beacon, CampaignCNX+, and CoreCNX when an operator wants the suite to share contacts.

— The CNX Suite

The CNX Suite — Alma chatbot and three sibling products

The suite is four narrow products, not a platform. Contacts flow between them via signed webhooks if you wire it up. If you don't, Alma still does its job by itself.

— Honest section

What we don't do.

We don't invent customer logos for a "trusted by" wall. We don't publish a row of stat badges that read "10,000+ leads captured" when we can't show you the underlying query. We don't run growth-hack experiments on the pricing page. We don't have a press kit full of awards we paid to enter.

The team building Alma uses Alma in their day job — running real client websites at Hunter Creative Media. If a feature is not good enough to ship on a real client's site, it's not good enough to ship in the product. That feedback loop is the whole reason the templates match what real businesses actually need: the agency wrote them while running real campaigns.

Founder names, headcount, office locations, a long mission statement about how we believe in the future of conversation — none of that is on this page because none of it is the reason you should pay $29 a month for a chatbot tool. The product is the reason. The price is published. The trial is real. Everything else is decoration.
