Thank you for subscribing to Alma. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel a monthly subscription:
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To qualify:
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation will prevent future renewals, but no partial refund will be issued.
If you cancel during your free trial period:
If you purchase a White Glove service (Basic or Premium) and request a refund before we begin setup work, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once we begin working on your bot setup:
If we are unable to complete the agreed-upon setup for reasons within our control, we will provide a full refund or credit toward future services at your choice.
To request a refund:
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
We may provide refunds outside of this policy in the following situations:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. Please contact us at alma@huntercreativemedia.com to resolve billing issues directly.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the policy update. The current policy at the time of your purchase governs your refund rights.
