— Pricing
Four tiers — Starter, Growth, Agency, Enterprise. The price gates how many bots you run, how many subscribers they reach, and how many conversations they have each month. All 161 templates and the full flow builder ship on every plan. 14-day free trial, no credit card. Annual saves ~17%.

— Compared, line by line
The volume scales — bots, subscribers, messages, seats. The library, the builder, the deployment widget, and the lead-capture core are the same on Starter and Enterprise.

— What the tier actually buys
The price tag isn't gating which features you can use. It's gating how busy your bots get. Three numbers move with the tier; everything else is the same on day one.
/01 — BOTS
A single owner usually needs one bot — a buyer qualifier, a class booker, an estimate scheduler. An agency running five clients needs five distinct bots. Each has its own flow, its own widget, its own lead inbox.
/02 — SUBSCRIBERS
Every person who completes a conversation becomes a subscriber — the lead row your bots have captured. The cap is your active list size. Old contacts can be archived to free space; nothing gets deleted automatically.
/03 — MESSAGES
One message = one bot send or one user reply. A typical qualifier runs 8–12 messages per completed lead. Most Starter accounts use about a third of the cap; Growth is sized for the agencies and busier sites that outgrew it.
— What stays the same on every plan
Casey Patel's discovery-call qualifier alone booked 94 calls last month. Same flow builder, same templates a solo agent uses — just five of them at once. That's the shape Growth is built for.
— Questions
The questions we get asked most often, answered honestly.
Anyone who completes a conversation with one of your bots and gets captured as a contact — name, phone, email, or whatever fields the flow asked for. People who start a conversation but bounce don't count. You can archive old subscribers at any time to free up room without losing the underlying transcript.
Bots keep running. We don't shut down a live conversation mid-sentence. You'll see a warning in the dashboard around 80% and again at 100%, and any overage is billed at the end of the cycle at the tier's per-message rate. If you're consistently over, that's the sign to move up a tier — and the upgrade prorates the same day.
Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate against your remaining cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date so you keep the limits you paid for. Switching annual to monthly (or vice versa) is the same — current cycle finishes at the rate you're on.
The integrations are built. They're sitting in Meta's platform-approval review and have been for about two months — that's the whole story. We don't have an ETA we trust enough to publish, and we're not going to invent one. Every account today deploys to your website. The moment Meta approves us, Messenger and Instagram light up across every existing tier with no upcharge.
Yes. You sign up with an email, build bots, capture real leads. We email you on day 10 to ask which tier you want. If you don't pick one, the account moves to read-only — your data and flows stay put — until you do.
Yes. On Agency tier, each client workspace is isolated per client — separate login, separate dashboard, separate lead inbox. The agency owner has a parent view that lists every workspace. White-label means the client never sees Alma's brand on their widget or weekly digest emails; it carries the agency's branding instead.
Email/SMTP is on every tier. Google Sheets, Zapier (webhooks), CampaignCNX+ SMS push, and CoreCNX contact + timeline events are included starting on Growth. The REST API and generic outbound webhooks are included starting on Agency. Those are the integrations we ship today — the list is short on purpose, and we don't claim ones we don't actually have.
Two ways in. Start from any of the 161 industry templates and edit the questions, branches, and actions to match your business — that's how most accounts begin. Or open a blank flow and build node-by-node. Both produce the same artifact. There's no "premium template" gate; the whole library is on every plan.
14 days, no credit card, full access to every template and every feature. The fastest way to figure out which tier you want is to use the product for two weeks.
— Start free
The hardest decision on this page is which tier to pay for in two weeks. Sign up, build a bot, run it on a real page — by day 10 you'll know whether Starter is enough or Growth is the right shape. No card to remove later.
