— For fitness & wellness
Boutique studios, yoga and pilates rooms, neighborhood gyms, wellness centers, personal trainers. Alma is the friendly chatbot that lives on your studio site — answering questions about your schedule, capturing intro-pass signups, fielding membership inquiries while you're on the mat. Class Saturday at 9? It's booked at 11 the night before.

— Mindful Yoga & Wellness · 30 days in
Riley runs Mindful Yoga & Wellness — a small studio that lives or dies by class fill rate. The Class Booker bot sits on mindfulyoga.studio and asks new visitors what they're looking for: vinyasa, restorative, hot, or a beginner intro. It surfaces the right time slot — Tuesday 6pm or Saturday 10am — and books with a phone capture for the 24-hour reminder text. Six messages, average. Eighty-two percent finish.
/A — THE FLOW IN PRODUCTION
Wellness conversations are short and they convert. The Class Booker doesn't try to sell — it asks what kind of class, what skill level, what time, what's your number for the reminder. The flow is built to feel like the studio's front-desk person, not a form. That's why it runs at 82% completion versus the 35-45% you see from generic chatbot tools.

/B — FITNESS & WELLNESS TEMPLATES
Alma ships with 161 templates across 17 categories. Twelve of them are dedicated to fitness and wellness — class bookings, intro passes, membership inquiries, personal training intakes, the sneaky-important stuff like membership-freeze and post-visit reviews. Pick the closest one, edit the class types and schedule, paste the snippet.
12 dedicated fitness & wellness templates in fitness_wellness/, plus reservation patterns from booking/ and lapsed-member sequences from retargeting/ — about 25 starter graphs you can repurpose for a multi-location studio.
Most studio owners are live and capturing bookings inside an hour. The questions are already written by people who run yoga, pilates, and gym flows for a living.
— Where the booking actually lands
Studios already run a booking platform — Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Wellness Living, Glofox, Pike13, ClubReady, Acuity, ClassPass. Alma doesn't replace those. Alma is the conversation layer that catches the visitor before they bounce, qualifies what they want, and routes the booking into the platform that holds the slot.
/C — BOOKING SYSTEM HANDOFF
None of the major studio platforms have native Alma connectors today — and we're not going to pretend they do. The bridge is a webhook into Zapier (or Make / n8n), which writes the booking into Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Wellness Living, Glofox or Pike13 the same way your existing forms do. The bot captures and qualifies. Your platform holds the slot. CampaignCNX+ fires the 24-hour reminder text — the single biggest lever you have on no-show rate.
— From sign-up to first booking
Each template carries the question pattern a working studio owner already uses — class level, time preference, first-class vs returning, intro-pass eligibility. The Class Booking and Intro Pass flows are the starting point. You edit copy, plug in your schedule, paste the snippet on Squarespace or Webflow.

— Fitness & wellness FAQ
Not natively — and we're not going to fake the badge. The bridge today is a webhook from Alma into Zapier (or Make), which writes the booking into Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Wellness Living, Glofox, Pike13, ClubReady or Acuity the same way your existing web forms do. Most studio operators have this set up in 20 minutes.
Both — depending on how you wire it. Out of the box, Alma captures the booking intent (class, time slot, skill level, name, phone) and routes that to your booking platform via webhook. Your booking platform holds the slot. If you want a true two-way "is the slot still open" check, that runs through your booking platform's API on the Zapier side.
The Intro Pass template captures the new student and writes contact + intro-tag to CoreCNX as a fresh contact. CampaignCNX+ runs the welcome SMS series — class reminder, what-to-bring, "how was it?" follow-up two days later, membership offer five days after that. When the student fills the Membership Options bot a few weeks later, CoreCNX stitches the journey into one timeline.
Alma can capture an acknowledgement step in the flow ("I've read and agree to the studio waiver") and timestamp it. For an actual signed e-waiver, route the lead to your existing e-sign tool — DocuSign, HelloSign, Mindbody's built-in waiver — via webhook the moment the booking flow ends. Alma doesn't store signed waivers natively.
Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger are both in development and pending Meta approval. We don't quote ETAs we don't trust. Today, deploy the website widget on your studio site — that's the channel that's live. The same flow you build will run on Instagram once that channel ships.
Yes — on the Growth tier ($79/mo) and up. Growth includes 5 active bots, Agency includes 20. Most studios run a Class Booker, an Intro Pass, a Membership Options bot, and a Personal Training intake — four bots covers most setups. The Starter tier ($29/mo) supports a single bot if you only need the Class Booker.
Multi-location works on the Agency tier ($199/mo) — one parent agency, one workspace per location. Each location has isolated bots, isolated leads, isolated settings. Conversations are isolated per workspace. The corporate parent rolls up reporting; each studio manager only sees their own room.
Under 30 minutes for most studio owners. The Class Booker template loads with the right questions already written. You're editing class names, time slots, your intro-offer copy — not building from scratch. Paste the snippet on Squarespace / Webflow / WordPress, save, done. Real-person onboarding is included on every tier.
