Does it integrate with Mindbody, Mariana Tek, or Wellness Living?

Not natively — and we're not going to fake the badge. The bridge today is a webhook from Alma into Zapier (or Make), which writes the booking into Mindbody, Mariana Tek, Wellness Living, Glofox, Pike13, ClubReady or Acuity the same way your existing web forms do. Most studio operators have this set up in 20 minutes.

Can it actually book the class, or just capture interest?

Both — depending on how you wire it. Out of the box, Alma captures the booking intent (class, time slot, skill level, name, phone) and routes that to your booking platform via webhook. Your booking platform holds the slot. If you want a true two-way "is the slot still open" check, that runs through your booking platform's API on the Zapier side.

How does intro-pass-then-membership conversion work?

The Intro Pass template captures the new student and writes contact + intro-tag to CoreCNX as a fresh contact. CampaignCNX+ runs the welcome SMS series — class reminder, what-to-bring, "how was it?" follow-up two days later, membership offer five days after that. When the student fills the Membership Options bot a few weeks later, CoreCNX stitches the journey into one timeline.

What about waivers and liability releases?

Alma can capture an acknowledgement step in the flow ("I've read and agree to the studio waiver") and timestamp it. For an actual signed e-waiver, route the lead to your existing e-sign tool — DocuSign, HelloSign, Mindbody's built-in waiver — via webhook the moment the booking flow ends. Alma doesn't store signed waivers natively.

Will Instagram DMs work for class booking?

Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger are both in development and pending Meta approval. We don't quote ETAs we don't trust. Today, deploy the website widget on your studio site — that's the channel that's live. The same flow you build will run on Instagram once that channel ships.

Can I run separate bots for yoga vs personal training?

Yes — on the Growth tier ($79/mo) and up. Growth includes 5 active bots, Agency includes 20. Most studios run a Class Booker, an Intro Pass, a Membership Options bot, and a Personal Training intake — four bots covers most setups. The Starter tier ($29/mo) supports a single bot if you only need the Class Booker.

Multi-location studios? One bot per studio?

Multi-location works on the Agency tier ($199/mo) — one parent agency, one workspace per location. Each location has isolated bots, isolated leads, isolated settings. Conversations are isolated per workspace. The corporate parent rolls up reporting; each studio manager only sees their own room.
